Here are some of our top tips to keep your chicken moist and succulent, even when cooking for longer periods of time. To start, we advise wrapping your chicken with foil.
As long as the chicken is baked in foil, the juices remain within, and the chicken breast will steam since the foil is covering the meat. This keeps the chicken delicious and juicy. Remove the foil for the last few minutes of cooking if you prefer the chicken’s skin to be crispy.
The chicken breast may also be brined or marinated. However, bear in mind that it will be challenging for the liquid to pass through the thickest area of the breast if you are using this method. To add moisture when the meat is being heated, baste it while it cooks.
